Key Responsibilities :
* Contact and follow up with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
* Show suitable residential properties to clients based on their needs and preferences.
* Plan sales pitches and approach strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Make cold calls to promote residential projects (when needed).
* Meet the sales targets set by the company.
* Attend meetings with developers and partner channels as required.
* Take part in negotiation meetings between buyers and sellers.

Qualifications & Skills Required :
* Must be a graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
